Where do I start? We have successfully sold two luxury lakefront properties on Hayden Lake with Adriana at the helm. The first sold quickly, mostly because of the amazing pictures and video Adriana and her team created. We were thrilled. The second property was a huge challenge due to the uniqueness of it, that it was only going to appeal to a very limited market, and the market was declining. This one took a year to sell. Adriana never wavered in her attention to detail, constantly updating the marketing, holding open houses and once a catered event with music. She kept us updated weekly on any interest and any activity in area lakefront sales. She was diligent, professional, reliable, communicative, always upbeat and smiling. What a pleasure to deal with.
